Master Gardener's Spring Festival 2014 The Museum of Arts and Sciences is hosting the Master Gardeners of Central Georgia’s 1st Annual Spring Festival.

Visit the “Ask a Master Gardener” booth and participate in youth activities, including butterfly art and seed planting.

The Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia will present youth activities, including butterfly art and seed planting.

Special Highlight: There will be a Butterfly Release at 3 pm.

Venture through the Native Plant Garden on tours that feature:

  • Medicinal uses of native plants
  • Incorporating native plants in home landscapes
  • Pollinators use of native plants

This FREE event will be held in the Sweet Gum Nature Trail‘s Native Plant Garden on Saturday, April 26, 2014, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
