Camp Discovery



Camp Discovery The Museum of Arts and Sciences is your child’s playground this summer as they explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STE+aM) through the unique art-infused science programming offered during the Museum’s Camp Discovery.

The Museum’s live Animal shows, Planetarium show, Environmental Education experiences, Art exhibits, and a visit to the feature summer exhibition—Wild Music: Sounds & Songs of Life—are all part of the fun of summer day camp at the Museum of Arts and Sciences.

Camp Discovery is for children having completed Kindergarten through Fifth grade. General summer camp registration is open now and advance registration is required!

Camp Information

Hours: 9 am – 4 pm
           (8:30 am drop-off and 5:15 pm pick-up for an additional charge)

Cost: $155 Members / $175 Non-Members
           (full payment is required at the time of registration)

Music Mania

Forest Fun

Ocean Deep
Millions of years ago where we live now was the edge of the ocean. The Museum’s Zyghoriza fossil is evidence of that fact. Animal Adventures
Are your campers wild about animals? This week will be the week for them. It will be all about animals – wild animals, animal arts and crafts, an up close look at the mini-zoo live animals, animal sounds, animal stories and much, much more. Museum Daily Lab Kaleidoscope

Daily Rate:
 Members: $35/day or $30/day (3+ days); $150 full week
 Non-Members: $40/day or $35/day (3+ days); $175 full week
 Extended Day (Members and Non-Members): $6/day.
